Randy and BryanT3M is owned by Randy Moore, a resident of Sarasota County since 1999. Randy works with a team of independent marketing pros with expertise in graphic design, website development, photography, video production, marketing communications, and publishing. The team operates as a "company without walls" to complete most projects quicker than larger firms. Our lower overhead means you save money.

The photo shows Randy with his son Bryan who lives in Sarasota and works in Venice. Randy has expertise in sales, advertising, media relations, publishing, and business development. He owned two lifestyle magazines over 10 years through 2009. At their peak, Positive Change and Natural Awakenings Sarasota were 120-page magazines with 250 plus advertisers.

Randy sold Positive Change Media in 2009 and took a year off before launching Triple 3 Marketing, LLC. His newest publishing venture is Englewood Healthy Living, a mini-magazine for locals and visitors on the Cape Haze Peninsula, which includes Englewood, Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Rotonda, and Placida.

Randy led the team that produced the E-Fest Green Living Music & Arts Festival in 2008 attracting 20,000 visitors with 90 sponsors and 200 exhibitors. E-Fest is the largest eco-type event ever held in this region of Florida. Other more recent events he produced include the Sarasota Bay Water Festival in 2012, 2013 and 2014, the Sarasota Bay Awards Program in 2012, and the Right Whale Festival in Jacksonville Beach held in 2014.

Randy earned a Masters Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His studies focused on persuasion and attitude change. He also earned a BA Degree in Social Science from Chapman University in California. Randy completed the Florida Master Naturalist Certification Program through the University of Florida in 2012.

In addition to marketing management, Randy teaches Stretching for Longevity Saturday morning at the Lemon Bay Yoga Studio in Englewood. He recently published his first poetry book Angel Ghost.
